Casa Ober brings together three complementary things: an urban guesthouse, a restaurant and a starting point for discovering Brașov. Our story is about the way these elements come together to make your visit more enjoyable.
You will find us at number 56, Bulevardul 15 Noiembrie. Beyond the entrance, the city takes on a different pace: a room to rest in, a table to linger at and time for tomorrow’s plans.
To us, a guesthouse is more than a stop between destinations. It means having a place of your own in a new city. Whether you come for a weekend together or a few days of wandering, we want you to feel welcome.

Between today’s city and its past
Brașov has several rhythms: boulevards and everyday life, historic squares, pedestrian streets and paths approaching the mountain. Our setting on Bulevardul 15 Noiembrie places us within the living city. Step outside the guesthouse and an ordinary day can become a day of discovery.
The historic name Kronstadt recalls Brașov’s Saxon heritage. The meeting of that past with present-day comfort is an important thread in Casa Ober’s identity: explore a city with history, then return to the practical comforts of your visit.
A guesthouse with a restaurant
Accommodation and dining create two different moments in the same day. Your room provides personal space; the restaurant is a place for conversation and time together. We like this balance between rest and company, which gives a journey a natural rhythm.
